Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Total 60 Patients Carcinoma buccal mucosa Naso tracheal intubation Age: 18 to 60 yrs. Both gender ASA grade I-III Mouth opening 1.5 cm
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Bulkey tumors Nasal tumors P/H/O radio therapy with restricted neck mobility Glossectomy Mandibular reconstruction with free fibular flap
