Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children of either sex between the age group of 02- 12 years. 2. Subjects who have attack of recurrent respiratory infections and cough more than 5-6 times per year. 3. Simple cough associated with tonsillitis, pharyngitis, sneezing and sinusitis will also be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute or severe exacerbation and status asthmaticus that require immediate intervention. 2.Pulmonary tuberculosis, Bronchiectasis, Bronchitis, COPD and tropical eosinophilia or with any other systemic disorders. 3. Subjects with other systemic disorders like CHD, diabetes and hepatorenal complication etc. 4.Presence of exudates / pus on pharynx with enlarged tender cervical nodes and absence of nasal discharge.
