Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children diagnosed with Sthaulya having two or more clinical features of Sthaulya,as Kshudhadhikva,Sharirgurava,Daurgandha,Daurbalya,Trushnadhikya. 2.Patients having BMI 25-29.9. 3.Weight more than 86 to 95percentile pf that age(i.e Overweight).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Overweight due to known case of endocrine disorder like Hypothyroidism, Inborn error of metabolism. 2.Known case of congenital anomalies, known case of any acute infection, and major renal diseases.
