Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Professional male cricketers to voluntarily participate in the study and sign the written inform consent. Professional male cricketers of the aged between 18 to 35 years. Professional male cricketers refer to the highest level of cricket played for their active participation under the cricket academy. Professional male cricketers with a minimum of two years playing experience with training for minimum 5days per week for 2 to 4 hours daily of professional cricket is required of participants. They must have played in the Under 14 or above group tournament.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any musculoskeletal or neurological disorders which affects hand eye coordination, agility and reaction time. Professional male cricketers who have had a significant injury (e.g. fractures, surgeries) or undergoing any rehabilitation in last 6 months.
