Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with end stage kidney disease on hemodialysis for more than 3 months who are aged above 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with av fistula in both upper limbs patients on renal replacement therapy other than hemodialysis Patients undergoing hemodialysis less two times per week presence uncontrolled arrhythmias and non ambulatory patients and pregnant woman
