Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. nonspecific neck pain 3. NeckDisability Index (NDI) score greater than or equal to 10, indicating mild to moderate disability. 3. Pain intensity: NPRS score between 3-7 (mild to moderate pain) 4. Able to follow instructions and attend all exercise sessions regularly. 5. Willing to provide written informed consent. 6. Neck pain duration more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of recent cervical spine fracture or surgery 2. Acute neck pain (less than 3 months duration). 3. Any neurological disorders, like cervical myelopathy. 4. Vestibular disorders or severe balance problems. 5. Cervical radiculopathy or signs of nerve root compression. 6. Rheumatological conditions (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis). 7. Pregnancy or severe cardiovascular/respiratory illness. 8. on medications affecting balance or proprioception.
