Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male cricket players aged 13 18 years Actively participating in sub-elite level cricket competitions Free from any musculoskeletal injury in the past 6 months Willing to participate and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with any current musculoskeletal injury or pain History of lower limb injury or surgery in the past 6 months Players with any neurological, cardiovascular, or systemic disorders Players currently undergoing any structured strength, plyometric, or core training program outside the study Players with any contraindication to exercise Players who are unwilling to participate or do not provide informed consent Players who miss more than 10% of training sessions during the study period

MeasureTime frame
Core Endurance (Plank Hold Test): Duration (in seconds) for which the participant can maintain a proper plank position. Dynamic Balance (Y-Balance Test): Reach distance in anterior, posteromedial, and posterolateral directions, normalized to limb length. Sprint Speed (20-Meter Sprint Test): Time (in seconds) taken to complete a 20-meter sprint. Agility (T-Test): Time (in seconds) taken to complete the T-Test measuring change of direction ability.Timepoint: Pre 0th week Post 6th week
