Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: University students aged 18-25 years, Presence of UCS identified through postural assessment (forward head posture; FHA more than 46 and forward shoulder angle; FSA more than 52), Reduced cervical proprioception, identified through joint position error testing (JPE more than 4.5), Reduced postural imbalance , Berg Balance Scale Score less than 56, shows reduced balance impairment, Timed Up and Go test great than 10 seconds, shows reduced functional mobility within normal limits for young adults, Willingness to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of cervical spine trauma, fracture, surgery, or congenital deformities, Diagnosed neurological disorders affecting balance, vision, or coordination, Presence of severe neck pain, acute cervical disc herniation, or radiculopathy, Current participation in neck rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, or postural correction programs, History of inflammatory joint disease, systemic musculoskeletal disorders, or connective tissue disorders. Use of medications affecting balance, proprioception, or neuromuscular control.
