Intervention1: Controller free immersive virtual reality: This involves using virtual reality headsets with inbuilt hand sensors allowing participants to perform exercises using natural hand gestures

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimal cognitive impairement,as indicated by MMSE score greater than 24,independent in ADL,No prior experience in VR

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological and cognitive impairement,visual or auditory deficits,recent fracture,open wound,vestibular issue,cibersickness,fall risk

MeasureTime frame
Manual dexterity is measured using Nine Peg Hole Test, Grip strength, Hand function.Timepoint: Pre-Intervention Day 0,Post-Intervention at the end of 8th week, follow up at 1 month,3 months and 6 months.
