Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals working for more than 4 hours per day in prolonged standing Minimum 1 year of experience in current occupation Both Male and Female Participants with consent sign

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed with Cardiovascular, respiratory or neurological disorders Acute Musculoskeletal injuries in past 3 months Pregnant women Hypertension for more than 160 mmHg Unwilling to participate
