Interventions

Intervention1: Myofascial release: After thermotherapy, myofascial release techniques will be applied to the upper trapezius,levator scapulae, cervical paraspinal muscles, and the suboccipital region.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Exclusively breastfeeding mothers having neck pain aged between 20-40 years with postpartum period of 1-12 months. 2. Use of cradle hold breastfeeding position 3. Pain intensity equal or more than 3 on NPRS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cervical spine trauma or surgery 2. Neurological disorder affecting the cervical spine 3. Inflammatory or infectious conditions
