Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children diagnosed with ADHD as per DSM-5 Mild to moderate severity Ability to follow simple instructions Parental consent and child assent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe intellectual disability or autism spectrum disorder. Neurological disorders such as epilepsy or cerebral palsy. Severe psychiatric comorbidities requiring intensive intervention. Medical or musculoskeletal conditions that contraindicate yoga practice. Previous formal exposure to yoga practice within the recommended period. Children undergoing intensive behavioural or physiotherapy interventions.
