Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pericoronal radiolucency of 2.4 mm or less than 2.4 mm, Patients willing to participate in the study, Patients with sound systemic health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Impacted mandibular third molars with pericoronal radiolucency greater than 2.4 mm, Pregnant and lactating women, Patients with a history of allergy to local anesthesia, Medically compromised patients.
