Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age more than 18 years 2 Confirmed diagnosis of aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage on CT scan or CT angiography or digital subtraction angiography 3 Patients undergoing definitive aneurysm treatment microsurgical clipping or endovascular coiling 4 ASA physical status classification I or II 5 Written informed consent obtained from patient or legal representative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Age less than 18 years 2 Hemodynamically unstable patients requiring vasopressor or inotropic support in the preoperative period, prior to aneurysm securing 3 Patients with pre-existing chronic kidney disease, CKD 4 Patients with pre-existing chronic liver disease, CLD 5 Patients with pre-existing congestive heart failure 6 Patients with pre-existing interstitial lung disease, ILD 7 Pregnant patients 8 Patients with pre-existing severe psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment that would preclude valid completion of questionnaires 9 Patients who refuse to provide informed consent 10 Patients lost to follow-up before 6 month assessment

To identify clinical, radiological, and in-hospital factors that independently predict impaired health-related quality of life at 6 months after aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage, as measured by SF-36, Physical Component Summary and Mental Component Summary less than 40, and EQ5D 5L,index less than 0.80 in patientsTimepoint: Baseline 3 Months 6 Months

1) To assess SF-36 domain scores, Physical Component Summary (PCS), and Mental Component Summary (MCS) after aSAH.Timepoint: 3 months 6 months;2) To evaluate EQ-5D-5L index values and Visual Analog Scale (VAS) global health scores after aSAH.Timepoint: 3 months 6 months;3) To determine functional outcomes using the modified Rankin Scale (mRS) at discharge after aSAH.Timepoint: 3 months 6 months;4) To identify specific predictors of poor HRQoL including clinical severity (WFNS grade, Hunt-Hess grade), radiological severity (modified Fisher grade), treatment modality (clipping vs. coiling), acute complications (vasospasm, delayed cerebral ischemia, hydrocephalus, rebleeding), hospital and ICU length of stay, mental health factors (anxiety and depression as measured by HADS), and socioeconomic status.Timepoint: 3 months 6 months
