Inclusion criteria: 1)Age Group Between 6-12 Year Either Sex. 2)Patient Presenting With Kasa Due To The Complication Of Other Systemic Disease Like Pneumonia, Tuberculosis, Bronchial Asthma Etc. Will Be Included3)Patient Having Sign And Symptoms Of Kaphajkasa.4)Parent Who Will Give Written Consent Of Patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient Presenting With Kasa Due To The Complication Of Other Systemic Disease Like Pneumonia, Tuberculosis, Bronchial Asthma Etc. Will Be Included.2)Patient With Severe Anemia And Emaciated Body,Nutritional Disease Will Be Excluded.3)Patient With Severe Surgical And Medical Illness.4)Willingness to comply with study procedure and follow-up visit
