Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed cases of Knee Osteoarthritis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recent lower-limb fracture or surgery (within the last 6 months) Presence of neurological disorders affecting balance (e.g., stroke, Parkinsonism). Severe visual or vestibular impairments. Other musculoskeletal conditions affecting lower limbs (e.g., hip osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis).

Fall risk and functional ability assessment using the Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS)Timepoint: Baseline (Day 0 before starting the intervention) and Post-intervention (At the end of the 4th week).
