Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Qualified Physiotherapist (BPT, MPT or equivalent) Physiotherapists aged between 21 and 50 years Physiotherapists working non standard shifts Minimum of 6 months of work experience in the current setting Willingness to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physiotherapists working only regular day shifts. Physiotherapists with diagnosed sleep disorders unrelated to shift work. Physiotherapists with known psychiatric illness or on psychotropic medication. Physiotherapists currently on long-term medical leave. Incomplete or improperly filled questionnaires
