Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of type one diabetes mellitus for more than three years. HbA1c levels between 6% to 8%. Fasting blood sugar levels between 90 to 120 mg/dL. Post prandial blood sugar levels between 140 to 190 mg/dL. Mild to moderate range of berg balance. Body mass index of more than 30 kg/m2. Able to understand and follow instructions. Participants is this study were active at moderate intensity for 4 hr/week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular disease. Severe diabetic retinopathy. Active foot ulcers. Renal dysfunction. Pregnancy. Recent surgery/active muscular injury. Uncontrolled diabetes (ranging more than 300). Impaired or abnormal sensation throughout the body. Any psychiatric illness or patients who are not able to follow commands.
