Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Students in Classes 1 7 from government, private, CBSE, ICSE, and State Board schools. (2) Students who were willing to participate and provided informed consent (parental consent/assent). Three schools with varying student strengths (less than 500 and more than 500) will be selected from each stratum to ensure comprehensive representation and diversity in the study sample. This approach will help capture variations in implementation across different school sizes and educational settings.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Schools with ongoing structured oral health programs; children with systemic conditions requiring specialized dental care excluded from clinical outcomes but included in educational interventions. (2) Students with cognitive or learning disabilities that prevented them from following the curriculum instructions or assessments. (3) Students preventing comprehension of language instructions.
