Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willing to give written informed consent. 2.Patients 18-60 years planned for Details laparoscopic surgeries. 3. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to lll

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulopathies, any neuropathy. 2. Allergy to local anesthetic(ropivacaine and lignocaine) and dexamethasone. 3. Local pathology at the injection site. 4. Any disability limiting the performance of block. 5. Patient with chest deformity, clavicle fracture and pregnancy.
