Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients suffering from sign and symptoms of sthaulya which is mentioned in ayurvedic texts i.e.karya-anutsaha, swedadhikya, daurgandhya, shram,kshudhadhikya, nidradhikya,and according to classification of obesity based on BMI criteria ,having BMI 25.0 to 34.9 i.e Overweight and class I obesity (obese),irrespective of sex ,socio economic condition and religion etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient having history of hereditary disease. 2.Pregnant and Lactating women are excluded. 3.Subject not willing for consent. 4.Known systemic disease are excluded. 5.Subject who exercise daily swimmimg and gyming.
