Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged three to twelve years Clinically diagnosed flexible flat foot using jack test Presence of medial longitudinal arch in non weight bearing and collapse during weight bearing Both unilateral and bilateral flexible flat foot Both male and female participants Parent or guardian willing to provide consent Children able to participate in balance and exercise activities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rigid or structural flat foot Neurological or vestibular disorders History of fracture or dislocation of foot or ankle High arch foot Tactile hypersensitivity Children already receiving physiotherapy for foot or ankle History of lower limb surgery or trauma
