Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of any age and gender presenting with clinical features suggestive of compressive myelopathy. 2. Presence of spinal cord compression from non-degenerative causes. 3. Patients willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with compressive myelopathy due to degenerative disc disease. 2. Claustrophobic or uncooperative patients unable to undergo MRI. 3. Patients with contraindications to MRI 4. Incomplete imaging or clinical data.
