Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathologically confirmed ovarian cancer, FIGO stage III or IV planned for neoadjuvant chemotherapy and interval debulking surgery. 2. Availability of serial serum CA-125 values during neoadjuvant chemotherapy sufficient for KELIM calculation 3. Written informed consent provided

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-epithelial ovarian malignancies 2. Patients undergoing primary debulking surgery 3. Incomplete chemotherapy or surgery outside the study protocol 4. Insufficient CA-125 measurements for KELIM computation
