Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with angioedema alone without urticarial wheals. 2. Cases of urticaria associated with systemic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, vasculitis, or thyroid disorders. 3. Patients who are on long-term corticosteroids, biologics (e.g., omalizumab), or immunosuppressants, as these may confound the study outcomes. 4. Pregnant and lactating women. 5. Patients with severe psychiatric illness or non-compliance that would interfere with follow-up.
