Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with osteoarthritic Knee joint pain and stiffness patients of either gender Age group between 40 to 70 years Patients who are willing to participate and provide written informed consent Patients with localized pain and stiffness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with open wounds skin infections swelling or burns at the treatment site Individuals with bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant therapy Pregnant and lactating women Patients with pacemakers or implanted electronic devices Patients with hypersensitivity to heat or diagnosed with neurological deficits affecting heat sensation Those who are unwilling or unable to comply with the treatment protocol or follow-up all types of pittaj and raktaj disorders patients with concealed bleeding retain foreign body
