Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are voluntarily willing to participate and sign the informed written consent Subjects diagnosed with diabetic peripheral neuropathy Duration of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy more than 6 years Stockings type painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy lower extremity Subjects with mini mental state examination MMSE score more than 24 Subjects with michigan neuropathy screening instrument MNSI score more than 2 Subjects with leeds assessment of neuropathic symptoms and signs LANSS score more than 12

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Significant orthopaedics condition in lower extremity Recent lower extremity fractures Any spinal or limb deformities Uncontrolled hypertension Presence of foot ulcers
