Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Antenatal mothers: 18 - 38 years of age who give informed consent 2. BMI (less than or equal to 18 to less than or equal to 25) kg/m2 Singleton pregnancies more than 32 weeks of gestation 3. Fetal growth restriction diagnosis based on the clinical criteria: FGR fetuses (as identified by Delphi consensus criteria) 5. EFW less than 3rd centile or less than 10th centile + Doppler abnormalities or decrease in AC / EFW by 2 quartiles or more Inclusion Criteria: Controls 1. Fetuses with normal growth: 10th to 90th centile

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fetuses with congenital anomalies 2. Autoimmune disorders/ Rh negative pregnancies 3. Recurrent pregnancy losses 4. Structural anomalies of the uterus
