Intervention1: Graded Aerobic training + IMT: continuous aerobic exercise training (walking on treadmill) duration : 30 min intensity : 60-80% of maximal heart rate

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young Obese adults. (BMI : 25 to more than 30 ) Stable medical conditions without acute cardiopulmonary events Participants aged 25- 44 years Willing to perform graded aerobic exercises and IMT. Self reported exertional dyspnea on any activity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Co-morbidites significantly affecting exercise capacity like severe copd, asthma, cardiac failure or neuromuscular disease. History of musculoskelatal injury or disorders limiting walking or respiratory training. Use of supplemental oxygen or cardiac pacemaker. Recent thoracic or abdominal surgery. Recent surgery or rehab in last 6 months.
