Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female cricketers age between 18 to 30 years Regular participation in cricket playing minimum 3 days per week More than 6 months of cricket playing more than 15% hamstring strength asymmetry between both extremity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Histrory of hamstring injury last 6 months Lower limb musculoskeletal injury or surgery within past years Cardiovascular conditions and Neuromuscular disorder affecting gait and lower limb function Current participation in any other protocol
