Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mouth opening of at least 20mm or above Browns Class 2 vertical and Class 1-4 horizontal defects Defect should be well-healed and stable (6 months post-surgery, or 12 months post-radiotherapy) Resected site should be free of infection pathology discharge or bleeding which might interfere with the physical or digital impression. Any condition which may preclude radiation exposure such as recent high radiation exposure or active cancer radiation treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any medical condition (e.g., metabolic or bone disorders) or medications (such as corticosteroid, immunosuppressants) that delay wound healing. 2. Neurological, neuromuscular, cognitive or psychiatric disorders that may affect the ability to swallow, speak or comply with impression procedure.
