Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Parturients undergoing emergency and elective caesarean section under spinal anesthesia with Pfannenstiel incision 2 Age 18 to 35 years 3 ASA physical status II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Parturient Refusal 2 All contraindications to central neuraxial blockade 3 Progressive neurological disease 4 Local anesthetic & NSAID sensitivity 5 Para median incision 6 Obese patients BMI more than 30 kg per meter square 7 Infection at the site of ilioinguinal & hypogastric nerve block 8 Parturient with a history of substance abuse 9 Those mothers who take intrathecal adjuvant with bupivacaine 10 Partial block of the spinal anesthesia 11 Parturient who took intraoperative IV opioids, sedatives 12 Failed block
