Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients posted for elective surgeries under general anaesthesia with nasotracheal intubation (Oromaxillofacial and Ear-Nose-Throat surgeries) 2. Patient with Age 18 65 years 3. Patients belonging to American society Anaesthesiologist 1 or 2 4. Head and Neck surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient s refusal to participate in the study 2 Patients with limited mouth opening of less than 3cm 3 History of documented difficult tracheal intubation 4 Cervical spine instability 5 BMI more than 35 6 Ankylosis 7. Neck circumference more than 37.5 consider to be difficulty airway

MeasureTime frame
To compare the intubation time and each time interval Time A: Placement of the nasotracheal tube from selected nostril to oropharynx; Time B: Use of devices to view the glottic opening; Time C: Nasotracheal tube advanced from oropharynx into trachea and removal of the scope from the oral cavity.Timepoint: intraoperative(2-3hours).
