Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Community-dwelling adults aged 50 years or older 2. Clock Drawing Test scoring of visual-motor integration with Shulman scoring 3. 3. Mini-Mental State Examination score: 24 4. Ability to perform upper limb function independently. 5. Adequate vision, whether corrected or uncorrected, sufficient to perform visual and art based tasks 6. Reduced hand grip strength (Men 38 kg, Women 22 kg) 7. Willingness to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with neuromuscular disorders 2. History of any recent upper limb surgery/fracture six months before participation in the study. 3. Severe visual impairment not corrected with lenses or conditions affecting visual perception (e.g., severe visual field defects).
