Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age of Patient between 18 and 60 years Unilateral or Bilateral Tinnitus Intact tympanic membrane
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Concomitant symptoms (like any Psychiatric illness) Pregnancy or plan for having children Retrocochlear hearing defect Blast injury Status post psychiatrist therapy Known to allergy to lidocaine Medicative tinnitus therapy at least 1 week prior to enrolment Tinnitus due to known intracranial disease Drug induced tinnitus
