Interventions

Intervention1: Ozone Balm group: Participants taking part will be told to sit or lie down in a way that is comfortable. They will be told to apply about 1 gram of ozone pain balm on the sore knee join

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Not received intra-articular injections or other ozone therapy in previous 6 months, Willingness to participate in this study and provide written informed consent, Patients with clinically diagnosed knee osteoarthritis (KL grade II - Minimum &grade III- Moderate).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent Knee surgery, fracture or knee arthroscopy (lessthan 6months), Active skin lesions on knee (eczema, dermatitis, open wounds), Rheumatoid arthritis, Patients with metal implants on knee.
