Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic total occlusion of peripheral arteries which fail the standard endovascular therapy and are high risk for open surgery and give consent will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those patients where the necessary access is considered unsafe will be excluded. Also the pregnant ladies and non consenting adults will be excluded
