Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6-9 years at the time of treatment Children requiring bilateral inferior alveolar nerve block (IANB) for dental procedures in the mandibular primary molars / permanent first molars (e.g., pulpectomy, extraction, or restorative procedures). Children exhibiting positive or definitely positive behaviour according to Frankl Behaviour Rating Scale, capable of cooperating during dental treatment and pain assessment.
