Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria;: Age: Often a specific age range, such as 18 to 65 years old, is used to define the study population. Pain duration: Criteria specify whether the pain is acute, subacute, or chronic. For chronic low back pain, this is often at least 3 or 6 months. Pain location: Pain may be required to be localized to the low back or include referred pain to the leg, but typically without the specific neurological deficits of radiculopathy. Functional limitations: A certain level of pain and its effect on daily activities is often a requirement, sometimes measured by a score on a questionnaire like the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Medical conditions: Malignancy: Active cancer, or pain related to cancer Infection: Any active infection, including spinal infection Inflammatory arthropathy: Systemic inflammatory conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis Severe neurological symptoms: Nerve root compromise, disc herniation with nerve involvement, spinal stenosis, or severe neurological deficits.
