Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed with Annadrava Shoola will be selected as per case record format specially designed for study Patients will be selected irrespective of gender marital status and socioeconomic status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from major illness and who need intensive care Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery malignancies or those currently on Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy Patients who are on NSAIDs for at least 5 days before coming to the hospital
