Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Post operative children aged 6 10 years after elective surgery at AIIMS, Delhi. 2.Parental/guardian consent and child assent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with cognitive, sensory, or developmental impairments affecting their communication 2.Children with chronic pain disorders or neurological/psychiatric conditions that may interfere with assessment.
