Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20-40 years Both men and women participants Tightness and/or discomfort in the upper limb or biceps is present The range of motion for elbow extension is decreased The willingness to take part in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History/ Risk of fracture or surgery to the upper limb Neurological disorders such as stroke or nerve injury If they have any severe pain complaints or acute inflammation. Cervical spine pathology Systemic musculoskeletal disorders
