Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with mechanical neck pain Age between 18 to 35 years Presence of trigger points in upper trapezius muscle Neck pain duration more than four weeks Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cervical spine surgery or fracture Cervical radiculopathy or neurological deficits Systemic musculoskeletal or inflammatory disorders Recent physiotherapy treatment for neck pain Congenital cervical deformities Unwilling to participate in the study
