Inclusion criteria: singleton pregnancy Age between 18 to 35 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Iron supplementation in last one week Blood transfusion in last 3 week Anemia of chronic disease, malignancy Hemoglobinopathies(both major and minor carriers)
