Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Fluency in English - Age: 18-60 years (Male and Female)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Diagnosed with or on medication for mental or neurological health condition - Metallic implants (for MRI) - Claustrophobia (for MRI) - K10 score more than 20 - Berlin Questionnaire greater than 2 categories - Insomnia Severity Index score more than 7 - Cognitive impairment as per MMSE (mini mental state examination less than 25) - Ongoing adverse effects of yoga practice

MeasureTime frame
This is an exploratory study which evaluates EEG features (power spectral, non-linear, complexity, autocorrelation window and others) between experienced and novice practitioners, hypothesizing significant differences. It also compares these features across AASM-scored sleep/wake stages during Yoga Nidra vs regular sleep/nap. Subjective experiences through questionnaires and VAS scales will also be compared.Timepoint: This is an observational trial where we are measuring the brain activity at baseline only in a single session. The single session will measure activity immediately before, during the Yoga Nidra practice and immediately after (in a single continuous session) 1. Before the Yoga Nidra practice 2. During the Yoga Nidra practice, across different phases 3. After completion of the Yoga Nidra practice Nap or sleep (whole night) will also be recorded.

EEG - P300 & MMN Amplitude in Auditory Oddball Paradigm. Time points: 1. Pre-intervention baseline (before the Yoga Nidra session) 2. Post-intervention (after completion of the Yoga Nidra session) MRI: Structural brain metrics (e.g., cortical morphology) between experienced Yoga Nidra practitioners & novice participants at baseline. Functional connectivity will be examined within & between major resting-state networks, including the default mode network, salience network, fronto-parietal network, & other canonical networks, across pre-session, during-session (phase-wise), & post-session periods of Yoga Nidra Timepoint: This is an observational trial where we are measuring the brain activity at baseline only in a single session.
