Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults who have undergone Craniectomy for Traumatic Brain Injury or Intracerebral Haemorrhage or brain tumor. Glassgow Comma Scale (GCS) score of 13 or more. Able to undergo Circadian Light Therapy intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of major neurological or psychiatric disorders prior to injury. Bilateral fixed and dilated pupils, devastating injury, or life expectancy less than 24 hours. Severe comorbid diseases (cardiac, renal, hepatic, or malignancy) that could affect study outcomes. Inability to complete neurobehavioral and cognitive assessments, or incomplete data
