Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Time in minutes from administration of reversal agentto recovery of TOF ratio more than equal 0.9 assessed using neuromuscular monitoringTimepoint: From administration of reversal agent upto attainment of TOF ratio more than equal 0.9 | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Time metrics for extubation include eye opening, following verbal commands, & head lift duration exceeding 5 seconds. Time to achieve modified Aldrete score more than equal 9. Monitoring for postoperative complications encompasses nausea, vomiting, bradycardia, & hypotension. Haemodynamic changes including heart rate,Systolic blood pressure, diastolic bp,and mean arterial pressure are recorded across multiple time points: baseline T0, 5 minutes post-induction T1, immediately after surgery T2, TOF count 2 T3, reversal administration T4, & intervals of 2, 5, 10, 15, & 30 minutes & 2, 6 hours post-extubation T5-T11 Timepoint: Time metrics for extubation measured in minutes. Time to reach Aldrete score more than equal 9 is measured in minutes. Monitoring for postoperative complications are measured from intraoperative period up to 6 hours post extubation. Haemodynamic changes are recorded at baseline T0,5 minutes post-induction T1, immediately after surgery T2, TOF count 2 T3, reversal administration T4, & intervals of 2,5,10,15,&30 minutes & 2, 6 hours post-extubation T5-T11 | — |
