Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants willing to participate Age 18 years Missing bilaterally symmetrical posterior mandibular teeth Adequate native bone volume and density allowing the placement of implants of similar dimensions Canine guided occlusion or group function occlusion Presence of natural teeth in the opposing arch Good general health with no systemic conditions Thick gingival biotype bilaterally Siebert s classification type I D2 or D3 type bone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have not given the consent Pregnancy Age less than 18 years Smokers substance abuse or addiction Systemic or medical conditions that are contraindicated for surgery Chronic periodontal disease in adjacent teeth Use of removable or fixed prostheses in the opposing arch Presence of parafunctional habits Failure of implant at any stage of the study Tempero-mandibular joint disorders
