Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with radiologically confirmed aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage scheduled for microsurgical clipping of intracranial aneurysms with availability of complete blood count within 12-24 hours prior to surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non aneurysmal SAH, active infection or sepsis, chronic steroid medications, autoimmune diseases,hematological malignancy, chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease, severe pre-existing cardiac dysfunction

1. To determine the relationship between pre-operative NLR & total intraoperative vasopressor requirement. 2. Correlation between pre-operative NLR & induction hypotension during anaesthesia 3. Correlation between pre-operative NLR & various postoperative complications mainly delayed cerebral ischemia (DCI). 4.
