Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Medically healthy patients: Patient aged 18-65 years: Patient with persistent probing pocket depth (PPD) more than 4 mm, clinical attachment level (CAL) above 4 mm: Patients wanting to participate in the study: Patients capable of maintaining proper dental hygiene:
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have uncontrolled systemic diseases. Patients with vertical bone loss and furcation involvement. Patients who have had flap surgery during the last six months. Patients who require extensive osseous manipulation. Patients who are on antibiotic and long-term steroids. Tobacco chewers and smokers. Pregnant and lactating women
